BENEFITS
MAJOR MEDICAL
benefits are provided to all full-time employees, effective upon employment
date.
SEP/IRA PENSION
PLAN benefits are provided to all full-time employees with three years
of continuous services. Eligible employees are immediately 100% vested, and have
the opportunity to select the investment vehicle of their choice.
PROFIT SHARING
benefits are provided to all employees, effective immediately upon employment,
based upon the individual's performance and contribution to the Firm's
profitability.
CONTINUING
EDUCATION is provided to all employees to enhance technical skills, and
broaden an individual's depth of knowledge.
PROFESSIONAL
MEMBERSHIPS are both welcomed and encouraged by the Firm. Affiliation
with professional peers strengthens the profession, fosters an individual's
professional growth, and provides opportunities for leadership in the
profession.
VACATION
totals two weeks each calendar year, and is provided to all full-time employees.
HOLIDAYS
total six days each calendar year, and are provided to all full-time employees.
SICK LEAVE
totals three days each calendar year, and is provided to all full-time
