Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer design services at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center located in Tampa, FL., and satellite outpatient clinics located in Pasco, Orange and Brevard counties, Florida. IDIQ architect engineer prime design consultant services for the preparation of contract drawings, specifications, cost estimates, code certification, complete construction period services, etc., for the design of multiple projects encompassing the structural disciple primarily, with supplemental construction disciplines to include, but not limited to electrical, civil, mechanical, architectural, as well as environmental and fire and safety areas. Including option years, not to exceed four hundred and ninety thousand dollars ($490,000.00). Individual delivery orders not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00), or be less than five hundred dollars ($500.00). | |
