Structural engineering services for renovations to 14,750 square foot of ninth floor, design of rooftop air handling unit access platforms and vertical stair tower addition from existing eighth to ninth floors. Services include review of existing construction plans, specifications, and reports; on-site verification of existing conditions; structural analysis of existing structural systems; review of regulatory codes; preparation of design criteria and loads; study of alternate structural systems and preparation of findings report; preparation of a structural narrative; preparation of calculations, construction plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates; preparation of testing and inspection requirements; bid and construction phase services that include shop drawing review and construction phase site visits.
