Civil/structural design of a one-story, 5,000 square foot town hall with meeting rooms, municipal and police chief’s offices, and a holding cell. The building is wood frame construction with a concrete slab-on-grade and reinforced masonry foundation walls supported by reinforced concrete spread wall footings. Adjacent to the town hall is a pre-engineered municipal garage and paved parking areas. The site is designed to control storm water and prevent erosion of surface soils. |
