Structural design of a 16,000 SF natatorium, two tower additions totaling 800 SF, administration area additions totaling 1,400 SF, and academic classroom additions totaling 8,500 SF. Structural engineering services also provided for renovations to a music area and bus canopy, and for the addition of rooftop heating/cooling units. Structural design includes preparation of foundation, floor, roof framing plans and specifications. Superstructures are combination of precast concrete, structural steel and masonry bearing walls. Substructure consists of reinforced masonry and concrete foundation walls supported by spread concrete footings. Construction Cost: $12,000,000 | ||
