Structural design of a 55,000-square-foot building to house a major printing facility, classified as a "fine lithographic shop", providing comprehensive services from typesetting to binding and delivery. The facility, which has clients all over the United States, served as the "anchor building" for the newly developed industrial park.

In addition to the office spaces and the retail office store, the project included a 32,000-square-foot Warehouse/Press Room to accommodate storage facilities and printing equipment, including two brand new Heidelberg presses.
